Booking & Payment Policy

The weekly yoga class is £12 per person, pay-as-you-go.

Yoga nidra events are £18 per person, per session.

Bookings for yoga nidra must be paid for within 24 hours of reserving your place.

Bank transfer is preferred, as it helps reduce admin, automatically notifies the teacher of payment saves time at the start of class, and creates a smoother experience with more time to focus on your practice.
Cash is still accepted if needed, but please let us know in advance.

Some students may occasionally choose to pay for several weekly classes in advance rather than making a payment each week, for example monthly.
Where this happens, please note that advance-booked classes are not eligible for the weekly transfer or credit option. The transfer option applies to single class bookings only and must be requested more than 24 hours before the class so the space can be offered to someone else.
If a class is cancelled by the teacher (for example due a bank holiday or illness), your booking will automatically move to the next available class.

If the cost of attending creates a barrier, please get in touch.

A £10 concessionary place for the weekly class and a £15 concessionary place for the yoga nidra events are available.

You may cancel your place up to 24 hours before the class and either submit a refund request or choose a credit valid for the following week’s class only.
Refund requests submitted within the policy window will normally be approved and processed in the usual way.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be refunded or credited.

The same 24-hour cancellation window applies.
If you cancel 24+ hours before the event, you may submit a refund request for approval.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event cannot be refunded or credited.
