Hello, I’m Rhiannon.
Yoga has been a constant in my life for over fifteen years. I first discovered it during my school years at a yoga class taught by a friend’s mum — I remember even then thinking that it simply ‘felt right’. Since then, it has become a lifelong practice that continues to evolve both on and off the mat.
In 2021, I began my journey towards becoming a teacher first in pranayama and mantra, then yoga nidra facilitation, and eventually beginning my yoga teacher training in 2023.
Yoga has supported me through many seasons of life, offering steadiness, space and a way to return to myself again and again; it is the gift that keeps on giving.
My Approach
I love sharing the practices that have supported my own physical and mental health. My classes blend movement for strength and mobility with breathing practices designed to calm the mind and gently ease tension in joints and muscles.
In my classes, there is no “perfect” version of a posture. Everything is invitational.
I aim to create an inclusive, mixed-ability environment where you can practise at your own level, supported by options, props and encouragement to listen to your body. Alongside the physical practice, there’s a quiet sense of connection that builds through breathing, stillness and shared rest within community.
I’m a firm believer in never stopping being a student — when I’m not teaching, I’m usually researching my next course. This ongoing learning helps me hold a space where you can slow down, turn inward and listen closely.
When you pause… the rest is yoga.
About Rhiannon
I am based in Clifton, Bedfordshire, and it is important to me to share these practices locally and build connections within my own community.
After leaving art school, it took me a while to find my creative flow again. Over time, I eventually realised that creativity is not only something we do, but something we all are. This understanding naturally finds its way into my teaching: slower, steadier, and rooted in presence - the art of noticing things.
When I’m not teaching, you might find me immersing myself:
In the studio: Working in the pottery studio or experimenting in the kitchen.
In nature: Spending time in the garden or walking in the surrounding Bedfordshire countryside.
Moving: Swimming, at the gym or dancing at my favourite DJ night.
Learning: Visiting museums or galleries, with a book or yoga text.
The name The Rest is Yoga reflects something I’ve come to understand over time: that yoga doesn’t end when we roll up our mats. It lives in how we pause, how we breathe, and how we meet the world around us.
