Hello, I’m Rhiannon.
I’m Rhiannon (she/her), and I’ve been practicing yoga for 15 years, starting with my first class during my school years.
Yoga, for me, is the gift that keeps on giving—it is a lifelong practice that continues to evolve both on and off the mat. It has been essential in supporting me through daily life and significant changes.
Creativity is at the heart of everything I do, whether it’s yoga, art, gardening, cooking, walking, or listening to audiobooks. I’m inspired by the world around me and enjoy weaving these influences into classes.
When you pause… the rest is yoga.
I love teaching asana, yoga nidra, pranayama, and facilitating restorative classes that encourage you to slow down, turn inward, and listen closely.
